Rick is a results-driven Media Executive with more than 27 years of experience in sports media, sponsorship development, and integrated marketing solutions. He grew up in the Regional Sports industry and has built a career helping local, regional and national brands connect with passionate sports audiences through linear television, streaming, digital platforms, and branded content. His ability to combine audience analytics, storytelling, and innovative sponsorship strategies allows brands to maximize visibility and measurable results across multiple platforms with someone they can trust. Outside of the office, he is still deeply rooted in the sports landscape cheering on both of his children.

With over 17 years of experience in digital media, Arielle is an executive known for helping brands show up in meaningful, high-impact ways—especially around live sports. Most recently, she drove digital ad sales at a leading regional sports network, partnering directly with brands to develop smart, data-driven strategies and execute high-value partnerships. She began her career in New York City before bringing that experience back to Cleveland, where she's become a trusted partner to both brands and media organizations. Outside of work, Arielle enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Patty brings 26 years of experience navigating the evolving media landscape. She
began her career as a media buyer in Chicago, partnering with major national brands,
and has spent more than two decades driving television and digital sponsorship
success at NBC and leading regional sports networks. Her deep industry relationships
and integrated perspective help brands connect the right opportunities with
measurable results. When she's not working in sports, Patty and her husband are most
often found cheering on their three boys from the stands.
